On the next page, select the Atlassian Jira project where you want the ticket to be filed, the type of ticket, and the reporter and assignee. What you can set and the list of values shown are based on the permissions of the Atlassian Jira account used for the integration.
-
Click Create Issue. You can view the ticket in Attack Surface Management. It appears in the Tickets area below the Overview.
To see a list of all Atlassian Jira issues related to your attack surface, navigate to Tickets from the top navigation.
The table is sorted by the Atlassian Jira Ticket ID column. Other columns include:
-
Created At: The date that the ticket was created.
-
Status: The status of the ticket, indicating whether or not it is being worked on or is complete.
-
Summary: The title of the ticket.
-
Linked Assets: The piece of inventory that the ticket was created for. Click this link to go to its details page.
-
Assignee: The name of the person to whom the ticket is assigned, if it is assigned.
You can hide or show additional columns by clicking the Columns button above the table.
Additional columns include:
-
Project: The Atlassian Jira project that the ticket is located in.
From this page, you can navigate to the ticket itself in Atlassian Jira, view the linked asset in the Attack Surface Management platform, and remove tickets.
Clean up your list of finished tickets by removing them from the Attack Surface Management platform. Removing a ticket in Attack Surface Management does not remove it from your Atlassian Jira project.
-
Select the check box next to the ticket to remove. Click Remove at the bottom of the page.
